Special Education Advocacy
Attorney Sydney Rendel’s dedication to education law is deeply rooted in her personal experiences. Growing up in a family that fostered children with special needs and later adopted her youngest brother, Sydney witnessed the challenges and triumphs of advocating for students with disabilities from a young age.
These experiences have given her a unique perspective on the academic, social, and emotional hurdles that students face, as well as the obstacles parents encounter when navigating the school system. Far too often, schools fail to meet educational requirements mandated by law leaving those with special education needs asking questions and not receiving answers. The law is clear in what is required of educational institutions when it comes to serving the needs of special education students and other nontraditional kids. Sydney can be your guide and your voice in a frustrating legal process. Her goal is to help parents and students by ensuring every student gets the educational services they are entitled to and hold educational institutions accountable. Schedule a Consultation.
